The Graphic Designer will develop high-quality, on-brand creative assets for Diadem, focusing on performance marketing visuals. They will design digital advertising materials and support campaign development while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, on-brand creative assets for Diadem and its sub-brands, with a strong emphasis on performance marketing visuals
- Design digital advertising materials across platforms (social ads, display ads, paid media graphics, retargeting creative, etc.)
- Support campaign development with promotional assets including banners, emails, landing page graphics, and product launch visuals
- Take ownership of ad asset creation from concept to execution, optimizing designs based on performance data and feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or equivalent professional experience
- 4–6 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within an in-house team or agency
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Creative Suite tools
- Strong understanding of core design principles including layout, color theory, typography, and composition

- Experience designing for print (including working with printers and preparing print-ready files)
