Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer conceptualizes and designs a variety of internal and external content while managing multiple projects simultaneously. This role develops design concepts that align with the business objectives and brand strategy of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Applies corporate brand guidelines to create compelling marketing materials and a consistent look and feel in the market
• Works closely with other teams, such as Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Corporate Communications, to produce various graphic assets in a creative, fast paced, and high energy environment while ensuring standardization and pull-through
• Refines and finalizes electronic art files for print/web and provides design input
• Demonstrates a high degree of creativity through the understanding of design principles including typography, color, images and composition for effective design solutions and strategy
• Handles multiple timelines, various design projects, and tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards
• Collaborates with various team members and effectively translates feedback and inputs into exceptional creative design
• Commits to continuous learning by seeking, sharing, and applying best practices, along with industry examples and team feedback
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS. PHP, JQuery, DHTML and other languages a plus
• Knowledge of current print, web/digital and video design trends
• Positive and enthusiastic with a drive for continuous learning and skill development
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and is adaptable to change
• Ability to be a positive contributor within dynamic team environments
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong conceptual and creative skills and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Self-motivated; willingness to do what it takes, and at times taking on tasks outside of defined roles
