Staff Product Designer

Typeface is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Staff Product Designer to join their design team. The role involves creating and executing design solutions that meet the needs of the business.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead end-to-end design of multiple product areas and features
- Create world-class design solutions and work with cross-functional teams to ship them to customers
- Ensure products are user-friendly and visually appealing
- Mentor and lead more junior designers
- Work independently with limited guidance
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and attention to detail
- Experience in the generative AI space working with AI tools
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a high capacity for change and context-switching
Key Skills
- Strong design skills and attention to detail
- Experience with AI tools
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma
