Senior Project Designer- Environmental Graphic Design

RIOS is seeking a Senior Project Designer to join our EXD team, leading the execution of multiple projects from concept through completion through design leadership, strong communication, and both independent and collaborative engagement.
Responsibilities
- Leading the execution of multiple projects from concept through completion
- Designing high-quality branded materials
- Collaborating with attorneys and staff to support practice-specific marketing needs
- Maintaining brand consistency across all platforms and materials
Requirements
- A minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in environmental/experiential graphic design, signage and wayfinding, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Experience Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Travel to project sites as needed
- Work in person three days per week
Key Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Working knowledge of CAD
- Familiarity with Rhino or other 3D modeling tools
- Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
