Product Designers at CoderPad shape seamless and intuitive experiences for technical interviews. They collaborate with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to define user problems and deliver functional UI/UX from conception through launch.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with PMs, Designers and broader product development team to create UI/UX solutions that meaningfully solve user problems
- Push for exceptional user experience, visual clarity, and design consistency; own your area of the product
- Conduct or partner on UX research to uncover user needs and opportunities
- Lead UX workshops with customers to explore problem framing and co-design solutions
- Produce and maintain design deliverables including wireframes, storyboards, mockups, prototypes, and user flows
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience, ideally working on complex SaaS or enterprise products
- A portfolio demonstrating strong problem-solving, UX strategy, and polished UI design
- Strong proficiency in Figma
- Ability to move fluidly between low-fidelity sketches and high-fidelity prototypes
- Comfort conducting your own UX research and synthesizing user insights into actionable design decisions
