As the Founding Product Designer, you will take full ownership of shaping user interactions with an autonomous AI recruiter. You will collaborate with the team to design experiences across multiple touchpoints and prototype workflows.
Responsibilities
- Build up the characters of Jack & Jill and ideate novel interfaces and industry-leading workflows
- Prototype experiences across the product, from company onboarding to candidate hiring
- Engage with candidates and companies to understand interactions, build empathy, and evolve the product and brand
Requirements
- First-principles thinker with deep experience and the gravitas to lead within the business
- Empathy-driven, highly productive, and able to deliver significant output each day
- Exceptional aesthetic judgment, with an understanding of technical constraints and opportunities
