Senior UX Product Designer

The Senior UX Product Designer will be responsible for the interaction design and visual design of multiple products within Arch's ecosystem. This role involves user research, testing, and collaboration with various stakeholders to create modern user experiences.
Responsibilities
- User research, testing and iteration
- Information architecture
- Wireframing & prototyping design solutions to solve business problems
- User flow creation
- Expanding upon visual language and design system upkeep
- Collaboration with stakeholders in various business units and with multiple development teams
Requirements
- Demonstrated competency in user research, testing and iteration, information architecture, wireframing & prototyping design solutions, user flow creation, and visual language and design system upkeep
- Demonstrated experience shipping quality software across web and mobile
- Ability to frame strong rationales for design decisions that persuade peers and executives
