UI/UX Designer

Support the design for a fiscal global financial regulator as a User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Designer. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to create clean, intuitive, and accessible UI designs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with matrixed clients and stakeholders, ranging from product owners, global financial regulator managers, and federal agency end-users.
• Create user flows, journey maps, and interaction models to guide design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, or high-fidelity visual designs using Figma.
• Present design work clearly and confidently to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in UI and UX design.
• 2+ years of experience working with Agile or Scrum teams and utilizing user-centered design and design thinking methodologies.
• 2+ years of experience supporting user feedback sessions and testing, taking notes, and translating user needs and research findings into clean, intuitive, and accessible UI designs.

Key Skills

• 2+ years of experience with synthesis across various mechanisms, including qualitative and quantitative data.
• 2+ years of experience with responsive and mobile-first design practices, and UI and UX design in a data-heavy or government-facing environment.
• Ability to display a portfolio and samples showcasing UI and UX work, including user flows and high-fidelity mockups.
