Lead design for major product areas, owning experiences from concept to production. Collaborate with PMs and engineering to drive product strategy and execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead design for 1–2 major product areas (e.g., funnel builder, AI search, DPP)
- Design high-quality, intuitive UI and interaction patterns in Figma for brand-facing tools and AI-powered workflows
- Conduct user research, facilitate feedback loops with brands, and transform insights into production-ready designs
- Collaborate with PMs and engineering to drive product strategy and execution
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in product design, ecommerce experience preferred
- Exceptional visual/UI design craft, with a strong sense of aesthetics, layout, and interaction
- A strong public portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and complex problem solving
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma (components, prototyping, design systems)
- Active user of AI tools, with curiosity about how AI can reshape design workflows
