Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design: user research, journey mapping, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and handoff
- Own a full product area, redesigning a core platform component for a specific customer segment
- Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and customer success, advocating for users and clarity
Requirements
- Strong experience designing data-dense, desktop B2B SaaS platforms with complex workflows or enterprise users
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end product design, particularly in 0→1 projects
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shaping problems, identifying opportunities, and working without detailed specs
