As a Product Designer, you will evolve the design system and product experiences while advocating for user needs through research and data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy and drive innovation.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to Consistency: Support the evolution of our design system to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across the GTreasury platform
- Prototype New Features: Create interactive prototypes to explore and communicate design solutions for new product features and enhancements
- Advocate for User Needs: Leverage user research and data to understand users, translating insights into design decisions that drive impact
- Support Product Thinking: Participate as a design voice in cross-functional product discovery and strategy discussions, helping align outcomes and drive customer value
- Contribute to Design Operations: Help implement tools, processes, and rituals that enable repeatable, high-quality design practice across multiple product solution pods
- Collaborate Deeply: Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer teams to deliver cohesive experiences that span touchpoints
Requirements

Key Skills
- Treasury or corporate finance experience
- Experience designing data-heavy interfaces, dashboards, reporting tools, or analytics platforms
- Familiarity with netting, FX, hedging, or banking systems
- Contribution to design systems or worked on platform-level design at scale
