- Own Design Strategy: Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define product vision and translate business goals into scalable, elegant user experiences
- Drive Consistency: Evolve our design system to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across the entire GTreasury platform
- Champion User Needs: Leverage user research and data to deeply understand users, while translating insights into design decisions that drive impact
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in UX/product design
- 3+ years of experience in payments, fintech or financial services
- A portfolio that shows deep systems thinking, user-centered solutions, and real business results
- Experience designing complex B2B or enterprise SaaS applications
