As a UX Designer, you will plan sprints, conduct user research, and facilitate discussions to create user-centered designs. You will work collaboratively with product owners and engineering teams to visualize solutions for customer problems.
Responsibilities
- Plan a sprint ahead, anticipating what the engineering team needs to build
- Use UX skills to visualize creative solutions for customer problems
- Incorporate feedback from client users into each iteration of work
- Facilitate discussions with engineers, client users, or peers
- Adapt and influence a Lean/Agile approach to design
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in the same or similar role
- Experience with Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, and creating reusable user interface components
- InVision and Sketch experience
- A college degree is great but not required
