Senior UX Designer to create thoughtful and compelling user experiences for desktop and mobile software products, bringing a user-centered approach to the work.
Responsibilities
- Design clear flows and behaviors for native applications on both desktop and mobile devices
- Ensure systems thinking is brought to bear to create cohesive and delightful experiences
- Reinforce a learning mindset: Participate in user research and A/B testing
- Bring a keen understanding of users' motivations, goals and needs to help define new features, functions and products
- Influence, challenge, extend and evolve the UX design language
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), interaction design, graphic design, industrial design, information science, computer science or a related field
- 5+ years of work experience designing web and mobile applications and applying user-centered techniques
- Thoughtful and well-presented portfolio of UX design solutions and processes
- Demonstrated experience bringing clarity and simplicity to consumer-facing applications
- Proven track record of successful product releases
