Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will create and manage visual assets for social media, websites, print, and email marketing. This role requires producing high-quality designs quickly while maintaining brand consistency across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Asset Creation
• Design WhatsApp banners for product launches, promotions, and price updates.
• Produce Instagram-ready assets (images and videos) for multiple brands.
• Edit or repurpose brand-supplied assets as needed.
• Website Graphics
• Create and update web banners in various sizes (1200x400, 2000x567, etc.).
• Design custom icons for multiple product categories.
• Support website graphics updates in alignment with ongoing campaigns.
• Print Design
• Produce accurate, print-ready artwork following required dimensions.
• Design business cards, brochures, posters, packaging, and product labels.
• Coordinate with printers or stand builders for large format requirements.
• Email Marketing Assets
• Create mailshots and newsletter graphics for product launches and promotions.
• Repurpose existing designs (WhatsApp banners, product images) for email templates.
• Prepare monthly Focus Mailshots for participating brands.
• Deals & Promotions
• Maintain an updated Deals & Promotions list using Photoshop.
• Ensure timely distribution of updated promotional materials to internal teams.
• Asset Curation & Management
• Request missing assets from brand partners.
• Upload and organize assets in internal databases and Dropbox.
• Generate JPEG and WEBP versions with watermark overlays for website use.
• SEO & Website-Related Tasks
• Update banners, hero images, and logos according to marketing schedules.
• Manage daily banner rotations for e-commerce sites.
• Upload products in WebP format following internal Photoshop guides.
• Photography & Videography
• Produce unboxing videos for major product launches (YouTube, Reels).
• Capture in-house product photos when brand assets are unavailable.
• Perform color correction, lighting adjustment, and background cleanup.
• Format images for multiple digital platforms and size requirements.
• Brand Guideline Maintenance
• Update and refine brand guidelines as needed.
• Ensure consistent usage of colors, typography, and design standards.
• Support rebranding and sub-brand development initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer supporting e-commerce, retail, or marketing teams.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar tools.
• Experience producing web, social, and print assets.
• Strong eye for detail, branding, and layout consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple design requests and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with product photography and basic video editing is a plus.
• Must be currently residing in the Philippines or Latin America.
• Must have a stable internet connection and a remote-ready workstation.
