Lead end-to-end UX and product design for AI-enabled clinical and pharmacy applications. Collaborate with product managers, clinicians, and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and alignment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX and product design for AI-enabled clinical and pharmacy applications
- Translate user needs, clinical workflows, and AI capabilities into elegant, scalable design solutions
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to inform design decisions
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using modern design tools
- Collaborate with product managers, clinicians, and engineering teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in UX/Product Design
- 2+ years of experience designing for AI/ML, conversational UI, or intelligent workflows
- Mastery of design tools and prototyping platforms
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills
