Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a small squad of talented designers
- Translate complex product problems into clear, elegant, and scalable design solutions
- Co-create design and product strategy aligned with company goals
- Raise the quality bar across all touchpoints
- Partner closely with AI, Analytics, and Brand teams
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product design
- At least 2 years in a lead or team-building role
- Experience designing complex SaaS or fintech products
- Strong UX craft and system thinking
- Pragmatic and action-oriented with experience working with data-driven teams
