Principal Product Designer

Lead collaboration within a product pillar to set a vision that aligns cross-functional stakeholders. Shape design processes to improve efficiency and mentor designers to enhance team effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaboration within a product pillar, setting a vision that aligns cross-functional stakeholders
• Influence company and product strategy through storytelling
• Mediate complex design debates and stakeholder disagreements
• Lead UX strategy with a research-backed approach
• Establish best practices in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design
• Drive the evolution of our design system and standards
• Apply AI tools and design methods to speed up iteration
• Shape design processes at the team level to improve efficiency, quality, and collaboration
• Mentor designers by sharing your process, frameworks, and lessons learned

Requirements

• Experience in developing product goals, identifying opportunities, and making decisions based on the impact to people and the company
• Experience overseeing and executing high design craft and vision for B2C products
• Deep understanding of user-centred design principles
• Hands-on with AI design tools and workflows
• Passionate and humble; you always seek new horizons, remaining curious about emerging market trends and trail-blazing experiences
