Senior Product Designer
Mlse (maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership) • Toronto, Canada 🇨🇦
The Senior Product Designer will shape the user experience across MLSE’s digital platforms and partner activations, owning the end-to-end design process. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact design solutions that align with business goals and user needs.
Responsibilities
- Design Leadership: Own the end-to-end design process for digital products
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, and marketing teams
- Brand Stewardship: Ensure all design work reflects MLSE’s brand identity
- Mentorship & Oversight: Guide junior designers and contractors
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or visual design
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital product work
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Experience working in agile environments and with cross-functional teams
