The Product Designer will gather user requirements and feedback, synthesize them, and define high-impact features and product enhancements. They will also participate in product research and user acceptance testing to understand customer pain points and identify opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for gathering user requirements and feedback, synthesizing the requirements, and defining high-impact features and product enhancements
- Participate in product research and user acceptance testing
- Conduct competitive analysis to support campaigns, develop event-driven opportunities, and enhance the website's competitive content
Requirements
- Experience with Figma
- Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop experience is a bonus
- Experience in product design of mobile and web products
- 0-3 years of experience in related functional areas
Key Skills
- Hierarchy, balance, action, and movement within a design
- Layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
- Creative for Web, UX, branding, and iconography work
