The UI/UX Designer will consolidate and structure parts of the existing design language and ensure correct expression in Figma, design tokens, and component libraries. The role also involves strengthening collaboration between design and development teams and establishing sustainable principles and processes for the design system.
Responsibilities
- Consolidate and structure parts of the existing design language
- Ensure correct expression in Figma, design tokens, and component libraries
- Strengthen collaboration between design and development teams
- Contribute to governance, naming, variant logic, and workflows
Requirements
- Experience building or developing design systems in larger organizations
- Strong understanding of design tokens, semantic naming, component architecture, and documentation structures
- Experience with governance models and contribution flows
- Very good UI design skills with a focus on structure, details, and system thinking
