The Product Designer will collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and design solutions. They will also conduct user research and develop design systems to enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Innovative Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with product managers and cross-functional teams to understand customers' needs and design great solutions
- User-Centric Research: Plan and conduct user research to capture valuable insights, validate hypotheses, and continuously improve the digital experience
- Design System Development: Partner with the UX team to evolve the Naked Wines design system, practices, and processes
- Creative Design: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of commercial experience as a Product Designer
- Strong portfolio of case studies showcasing design process and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, and/or Adobe XD
- Deep understanding and passion for user-centered design principles
- Exceptional visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
