UI/UX Designer (H/F)

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will design intuitive user journeys based on research and data analysis. You will create modern interfaces and lead UX workshops with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user journeys based on research, data analysis, and business needs
• Create modern, elegant, and functional interfaces in accordance with brand guidelines
• Lead UX workshops (co-creation, design thinking, ideation, etc.) with international stakeholders
• Produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Conduct and analyze user tests to optimize proposed experiences

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in an international environment or in organizations with a high level of product maturity
• Excellent knowledge of UX principles, ergonomic heuristics, and good interface practices
• Advanced UI design skills (typography, colors, layout, design system…)
• Mastery of design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
• Ability to work in English fluently, both written and spoken
