KISKA is looking for a UX Researcher to transform smart-home tech in their UX team. The UX Researcher will dive into how people actually use smart-home interfaces and uncover what helps them, what slows them down, and what needs to change.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and run usability tests, focusing mainly on smart-home systems
  • Test continuously from very early user journeys to near final solutions
  • Deliver clear, structured findings to UX/UI designers, prioritized by user impact
  • Conduct acceptance testing with various users
  • Own usability testing and related practices inside the studio

Requirements

  • Proven experience testing or designing UX for software or IoT products
  • Familiarity with Maze, UseBerry, Lookback, and AI-driven testing methods
  • Comfortable testing complex user flows
  • Skill at converting insights into concrete, design-ready feedback
  • Structured, analytical, and designer-friendly mindset
  • Fluency in English
