KISKA is looking for a UX Researcher to transform smart-home tech in their UX team. The UX Researcher will dive into how people actually use smart-home interfaces and uncover what helps them, what slows them down, and what needs to change.
Responsibilities
- Plan and run usability tests, focusing mainly on smart-home systems
- Test continuously from very early user journeys to near final solutions
- Deliver clear, structured findings to UX/UI designers, prioritized by user impact
- Conduct acceptance testing with various users
- Own usability testing and related practices inside the studio
Requirements
- Proven experience testing or designing UX for software or IoT products
- Familiarity with Maze, UseBerry, Lookback, and AI-driven testing methods
- Comfortable testing complex user flows
- Skill at converting insights into concrete, design-ready feedback
- Structured, analytical, and designer-friendly mindset
- Fluency in English
