Senior Growth Designer (Europe/Americas - Remote)

Hospitable.com is looking for a Senior Growth Designer to design and elevate the core experiences that drive their business forward, creating seamless interfaces for users.

Responsibilities

• Champion conversion and growth-oriented design for transactional touch points
• Lead the design process from concept to execution, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and interaction design
• Develop and maintain a consistent design language and style guide that reflects the brand and product vision

Requirements

• Leadership: Proven ability to lead design projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience: Very senior experience in UI/UX design for a SaaS product ideally in eCommerce or related to growth
• Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Whimsical and Figma
• Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and push conventional design to create something truly differentiated
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
