Staff Growth Designer, Dashboard

We're seeking a Product Designer to join our Growth team, designing products that help bring new users into Stripe and take their first steps with our tools, working closely with marketing, brand, and our dashboard teams.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to work across the entire Growth team, including customer acquisition, conversion, and retention experiences
• Design industry-leading experiences that reduce friction for new users onboarding to Stripe
• Evolve Stripe's communication platform to deliver timely, relevant information across preferred user channels
• Design intuitive communication experiences, whether by improving existing UI or creating entirely new patterns
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to define both long-term strategy and near-term tactics

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant product design experience
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong design fundamentals and polished UI craft
• Experience designing onboarding journeys, product demos, or other growth-related domains
• Experience partnering closely with cross-functional teams to shape product direction
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and multiple stakeholder inputs
