As a Graphic Designer, you will create visual assets for various platforms and lead design updates for websites. You will collaborate with teams to execute creative concepts and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Create eye-catching visual assets for print, web, digital, social, newsletters, signage, and in-store marketing
- Lead design and updates for websites, including landing pages, promotional graphics, layout improvements, and overall user experience
- Develop campaign materials that align with brand identity and drive customer engagement
- Collaborate closely with marketing, retail teams, and vendors to execute creative concepts seamlessly
- Manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Contribute fresh ideas to elevate the brand across every touchpointāonline and in store
Requirements
- A strong portfolio showcasing modern, polished design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience with simple animation (GIF creation, short-form video)
- Experience with WordPress web design (familiarity with Divi is a major asset; familiarity with Wix or other builders is a bonus)
- Understanding of UX/UI best practices for retail websites
- Experience creating both digital and print assets in a variety of sizes and formats
- Excellent attention to detail, layout, and typography
- Ability to adapt quickly, work independently, prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and design with purpose
