The Graphic Designer will create on-brand, high-impact designs across retail, VM, and digital channels. This role involves producing high-quality artwork and collaborating with various teams to ensure consistent brand experiences.
Responsibilities
- Producing high-quality artwork across print, retail, and digital environments
- Developing creative concepts that align with seasonal campaigns and brand guidelines
- Creating accurate, print-ready artwork and following approval processes
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand impact
- Managing own workflow, deadlines, and job tracking as well as POS libraries, brand imagery, and WIP documents
- Contributing creatively with fresh ideas, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 3+ yearsâ experience in an agency or in-house studio role
- Strong skills in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (Figma experience bonus)
- Solid understanding of print production and finishing
- Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment
- A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and pride in your craft
- A positive, proactive attitude and collaborative approach
