Deliver end-to-end product design, from research and concept development to prototyping and final UI. Collaborate with squad members to deliver customer-centric solutions and maintain design operations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end product design, from research and concept development to prototyping and final UI
- Conduct customer testing and gather insights to inform design decisions
- Be a key member of the squad collaborating with Squad Leads, stakeholders, and engineers to deliver customer-obsessed solutions
- Maintain and evolve design operations, including workflows, documentation, and quality standards
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in product design or a related field within cross-functional digital teams
- Proven ability to design across discovery and delivery phases, from feature definition to execution
- Strong understanding of structured problem-solving and user research methodologies
- Familiarity with technical platforms and experience collaborating with engineering teams
