Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead design initiatives for consumer-facing products and features, owning the design process from discovery to delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure your designs are implemented effectively.
Responsibilities
- Independently lead design initiatives for consumer-facing products and features
- Own the design process from beginning to end
- Identify customer needs through quantitative and qualitative research
- Craft thoughtfully considered solutions to solve customer problems
- Collaborate closely with partners and maintain and evolve the design system
Requirements
- 5+ years experience designing and shipping software for consumer-facing native products
- Demonstrated aptitude for digging in to get things done and wearing several different hats
- Comfort with ambiguous problems and motivation to be a self-starter
- Native mobile app experience (iOS and Android) and ability to design interactive prototypes
- Experience working with and contributing to a design system
