Senior Product Designer, Safety

As a Senior Product Designer, you will create platform-level designs that support users in moments of need and uphold community standards across Roblox. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape the platform's approach to trust and safety through thoughtful design.

Responsibilities

• Create clear, compelling, and empathetic experiences that help users understand community standards and account status
• Design for diverse audiences, ensuring educational moments are accessible, age-appropriate, and effective
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the platform's approach to trust and safety through thoughtful design

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Design, or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience (5+ years) in UX/UI design, with a strong track record of delivery innovative consumer social experiences
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills and user-centered design thinking

Key Skills

• Strong systems thinking with the ability to understand and design for complex workflows and interactions
• Ability to balance business objectives, user needs, and technical constraints in design solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Figma master, guiding others to get the most out of the tool and continuously upping the ante on quality
