Senior Product Designer - International Payments

Full-time Senior

You will be a visionary leader within the High Value & International Payments Crew, ensuring that a superior customer experience is at the center of all product design. You will collaborate with product owners and chapter leads to design innovative ways to support the international payments needs of customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own a strategic experience vision, informed by research, that you can communicate and passionately champion
  • Work closely with the customers and product owners to understand the challenges and opportunities of enhancing international payment experience
  • Facilitate workshops and ideation sessions to design innovative features and experience enhancements
  • Effectively manage relationships and communication with initiative stakeholders, delivery teams, suppliers and/or third parties

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience working in end-to-end Customer Experience Design
  • Excellent written, verbal and inter-personal communication skills, coupled with strong multi-tasking capabilities and a high attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills with an ability to prioritise across competing demands
  • Hunger to grow and improve themselves and their team

Key Skills

  • Leadership within a user experience environment
  • Relevant design and/or IT undergraduate tertiary qualifications
  • Recognized industry certifications/accreditations in Service Design, UX/CX/UI or similar
  • Experience in Payments
