Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions. They will produce design deliverables and lead workshops to define project requirements and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Communicate user experiences throughout the design process and produce design deliverables such as wireframes, user flow diagrams, storyboards, mock-ups, interactive prototypes, presentation decks, and visualization specs.
• Lead cross-functional workshops to define project requirements and user stories.
• Identify project dependencies and mitigate risks by optimizing design workflows.
• Incorporate user feedback and business requirements to enhance product experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in product design or UX within complex, cross-functional organizations.
• Experience designing across multiple platforms, collaborating with Product development and design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes — from concept to completion.
• Experience using Figma, following brand and system guidelines, and extending component libraries.
• Proven experience collaborating with user research teams to gain insights into user goals and pain points, ensuring design solutions effectively address their needs.

• Strong storytelling skills, effectively guiding internal stakeholders through user challenges and clearly articulating the rationale behind design decisions.
• Solid understanding of technical constraints and platform limitations with the ability to lead product development from concept to execution and enhance existing features through a user-centered design process.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence product design strategies.
