The role involves creating graphic designs for branded partnerships. The designer will collaborate with various teams to ensure brand consistency and quality.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce creative assets for branded partnerships, including Instagram feed posts, Stories, newsletters, and event collateral
- Develop polished sales and client presentation decks that visually communicate campaign concepts, strategies, and post-campaign results
- Translate campaign objectives into engaging visual stories that align with both Betches’ bold, playful aesthetic and client brand guidelines
Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced branded content environment
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Canva is a plus
- Experience designing sales presentations, client decks, or pitch materials with a focus on storytelling and layout design
