The Graphic Designer will design and produce creative assets for branded partnerships, collaborating with various teams to ensure campaign objectives are met. This role involves translating campaign objectives into engaging visual stories while maintaining brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce creative assets for branded partnerships
- Develop polished sales and client presentation decks that visually communicate campaign concepts, strategies, and post-campaign results
- Translate campaign objectives into engaging visual stories that align with both Betches’ bold, playful aesthetic and client brand guidelines
- Apply performance data to continuously refine creative output
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience designing sales presentations, client decks, or pitch materials with a focus on storytelling and layout design
- Strong visual sensibility with an understanding of typography, composition, and color

Benefits
- Hybrid work model
- Annual base salary range of $70,000 - $85,000
