Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing and maintaining the firm's visual identity, providing creative support for brand, events, and Go to Market initiatives. This role involves designing marketing materials and collaborating with various teams to ensure brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Creative Production: Design and produce various marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, digital ads, social media graphics, and event signage
- Brand & Communications: Collaborate with the Director, Brand & Communications, to ensure all visual elements are consistent with brand guidelines and contribute to a strong, unified brand voice
- Event Support: Provide essential design support for all firm events and sponsorships, creating engaging and on-brand materials that enhance the client experience
- Go-to-Market Support: Partner with the Go-to-Market team to create compelling visual assets for blogs, case studies, and email campaigns that drive client engagement and lead generation
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain the firm's library of visual assets, including photos, videos, and design files, ensuring they are easily accessible and current
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a professional services or B2B environment
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a clear understanding of design principles and a diverse range of work
- A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- Exceptional ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and manage projects from concept to completion
