Implement and maintain processes and tools for the UI/UX engineering team to utilize the design system. Design and deliver responsive/adaptive solutions optimized for web and mobile interfaces while collaborating with engineers and the larger UI/UX team.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain processes and tools for the UI/UX engineering team
- Design and deliver responsive/adaptive solutions for web and mobile interfaces
- Partner with engineers to translate designs into successful products
- Work closely with the research team to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data and make value-driven design decisions
- Work closely with the larger Wealth Management UI/UX team to share design best practices and promote a design-centric culture
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as a UI Designer
- Outstanding portfolio that demonstrates experience in creating user-centered design solutions
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field
- Refined design aesthetic and ability to communicate clear direction
- Excellent skills in Figma
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
- Advanced understanding of web components, interaction design, visual design, and industry trends
