Senior UX Designer, AFT - Experience Design

The Senior UX Designer will participate in planning new features and projects, advocating for the user’s point of view while collaborating with product and engineering teams. They will create high-quality design solutions and contribute to user research to inform and evaluate designs.
Responsibilities
- Participate in planning of new features, projects, and products
- Advocate for the user’s point of view, working closely with product, engineering, and others to define solutions
- Quickly and iteratively create high quality design solutions
- Contribute to planning and execution of user research to inform requirements, shape designs, and evaluate final products
- Present design work to design peers, product and engineering teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership
- Scope and manage work on assigned initiatives, including required design tasks and estimated time and resource needs
Requirements
- 6+ years of design experience
- Have an available online portfolio
- Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity
- Experience applying scrum to visual or UX design processes
- Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards
- Experience acquiring user data and creating personas and journey maps
