The User Experience Product Designer creates excellent end-user interactions and defines the overall user experience for users navigating data-dense applications. They collaborate with various teams to gather requirements, create wireframes, and conduct usability testing.

Responsibilities

  • Takes initiative in gathering requirements and translating them into user interface screen designs
  • Creates annotated wireframe screen schematics to define logic and flow of user interfaces
  • Collaborates on defining usability testing plans and execution of usability testing
  • Interviews target users to define personas and generate artifacts that document user journeys

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in design and technology, user experience design, human factors engineering, psychology/cognitive science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Ability to create wireframe screen schematics using wireframing tools such as Balsamiq
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks
