Redesign and optimize key website pages with a focus on Conversion Rate Optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with brand, marketing, and growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Redesign and optimize key website pages with a strong focus on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Develop responsive, user-friendly designs across desktop and mobile experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with brand, marketing, and growth objectives.
- Use Figma, Shopify, and Replo to create scalable, modular design systems that support rapid iteration.
- Conduct UX research and data analysis to inform design decisions and improve usability.
- Maintain a cohesive design language and component library that supports brand consistency.
- Participate in design reviews, providing and receiving feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on eCommerce or consumer-facing digital products.
- Proven experience in a senior or lead design role creating high-converting, user-centric web experiences.
- Proficiency in Figma (including auto layout and component systems).
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and Replo design environments.
- Strong understanding of CRO principles, responsive design, and user-centered design best practices.
- A portfolio demonstrating expertise in design systems, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI implementations.
Key Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with attention to detail and visual storytelling.
- Webflow experience is a plus.
