Senior Product Designer (Innovations)

Create and iterate on new engaging product experiences that drive meaningful behavior change and boost retention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring breakthrough concepts to life and refine them through testing and insights.
Responsibilities
- Create and iterate on new engaging product experiences that drive meaningful behaviour change and boost retention
- Work end to end – from deep problem framing and rapid ideation to polished execution and in-product experiments
- Collaborate tightly with Product, Engineering, Data, and Science to bring breakthrough concepts to life
- Use AI and gamification principles as core design tools to craft delightful and motivating user journeys
- Prototype fast, test often, and apply insights to refine concepts and scale what works
- Contribute to evolving design practices inside the Innovation team and help keep quality consistently high
- Leverage the design system, improve it when needed, and push for clarity and coherence in the experience
- Bring strong critical thinking, user understanding, and market awareness to guide bold product decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working on world-class B2C product
- Experience with Health & Fitness apps is a nice plus
- Proficient in leveraging UX research and data analytics to inform and validate design decisions
- Strong skills in modern mobile product design, with a focus on AI integration and gamification
- A data-driven mindset with a passion for rapid experimentation and iterative improvement
- Ability to generate, defend, and present original hypotheses and design solutions with confidence
