The Senior UX Designer will deeply understand user problems and collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to create user-centric designs. They will lead usability testing sessions and ensure design consistency across products.
Responsibilities
- Deeply understand user problems, needs, and goals to create intuitive and engaging design solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to assess feasibility, prioritize features, and deliver user-centric designs.
- Design and deliver consistent, scalable, and visually appealing UI solutions across web and mobile platforms.
- Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Lead usability testing sessions and incorporate user feedback to refine design outcomes.
- Partner with development and QA teams to ensure design consistency, functionality, and high usability across products.
- Champion user-centered design principles and continuously advocate for the best user experience throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- 6–9 years of core UI/UX design experience in digital product design or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency with Figma (must-have), and working knowledge of tools like AdobeXD, Sketch, Photoshop, etc.
- Proven experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
- Solid understanding of user research, usability testing, and the ability to derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
