The UI/UX Designer will handle daily campaign design and conversion optimization work, focusing on creating landing pages, ad creative, and A/B test treatments quickly. This role involves collaborating with the marketing team to translate campaign briefs into live pages and monitor industry best practices for conversion design.
Responsibilities
- Design ad variants for display, social, and paid campaigns
- Build conversion-optimized treatments for landing pages, CTAs, and forms
- Create campaign-specific page variants aligned with marketing goals
- Rapidly generate ad creative concepts and variations
- Monitor and research industry's best ads creative trends
Requirements
- 1-2 years of UI/UX or digital marketing design experience
- Strong Figma skills for landing pages and ad creative
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Understanding of conversion design principles (CTAs, forms, hierarchy)
- Basic understanding of A/B testing concepts and data-driven design
