Senior Product Designer, Ecosystem Platform

Lead end-to-end design for developer and platform experiences across Atlassian apps. Own key experiences across Forge developer tools and design information architecture, journeys, and interactions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for developer and platform experiences across Atlassian apps
- Own key experiences across Forge developer tools (onboarding, build/run flows, diagnostics, app administration)
- Design information architecture, journeys, and interactions across the Developer Console, documentation, and in-app surfaces
- Create high-fidelity prototypes to explore concepts, align stakeholders, and validate with developers and admins
- Partner with PM and Engineering to define scope, navigate tradeoffs, and ensure high-quality execution and design QA
- Use research and data to inform decisions; run lean discovery and usability testing when needed
- Contribute to design systems and shared patterns for app extensibility and platform use cases
- Mentor designers; champion craft excellence in interaction and visual design and drive cross-team initiatives
Requirements
- Experience working with or contributing to design systems
- Strong Figma skills and familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Solid foundation in UI, UX, and interaction design
