As a Product Designer with Singpass, you will design user interfaces and workflows for internal tools that support secure digital identity operations. You will collaborate with various teams to understand user needs and improve operational workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces and workflows for internal tools such as the Admin Portal and Fraud Management System
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and operations teams to understand needs and improve daily processes
- Support user research and usability testing with internal users
- Translate complex policy and system requirements into simple, usable UI designs
- Contribute to design reviews, document your thinking, and iterate based on feedback
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in product or UX design or strong internship experience in related fields
- A portfolio that shows your design process, problem-solving ability, and attention to usability
- Proficiency in interaction and visual design tools such as Figma
- Comfortable working with complexity and learning from feedback
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
