As a UI/UX designer, you will accompany products throughout their entire life cycle and work on custom software from the early concepting phase to acceptance testing. You will develop prototypes and concepts for various digital platforms while collaborating closely with Product Managers to ensure user needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Accompany products throughout the entire life cycle, working on custom software from concepting phase to acceptance testing
- Gather, challenge, and evaluate user needs and requirements with Delivery and Product Managers
- Apply design-thinking and human-centered design methodologies to design, evaluate, and refine concepts
- Generate wireframes, user journey maps, flow diagrams, and interactive prototypes with UI specifications
- Present design concepts and articulate design decisions to clients in interviews and workshops
- Gather feedback from clients via user interviews
- Provide guidance to clients and consultants on design topics
- Exchange ideas within the team to define and shape the design system across different devices and platforms
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a client-facing UI/UX role at a software company or design agency
- Strong portfolio of work illustrating experience in designing complex systems and solving UX problems
- Advanced knowledge of user-centered design principles, visual design, user behavior, and interactions
- Passionate about applying visual awareness and staying up-to-date with current design trends and best practices
- Sharp problem-solving mindset and creative skills to translate business needs into digital solutions
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present concepts and ideas clearly and concisely
- Extensive design software knowledge and proficiency in English (additional languages a plus)
