Senior Product Designer (we have office locations in Cambridge, Leeds and London)

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design of Newborns products, ensuring they are innovative and user-friendly. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and realize the product vision and roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Get to know the Newborns service and its users
- Design the User Experience, working closely with cross-functional teams
- Input into the product vision and roadmap
- Champion accessibility, applying NHS design systems and frameworks
- Design to legal and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to the wider design community, building a shared component library
- Facilitate decision-making and co-creation, bringing together diverse perspectives
Requirements
- Substantial experience as a Senior Product Designer with examples of live delivery
- Experience working as part of a cross-functional product squad
- Demonstrable knowledge of product design processes and methodologies
- Able to work end-to-end, from discovery to launch, and beyond
- Understanding of how to evaluate and interpret user research findings to wireframe and prototype solutions
- Knowledge of the WCAG 2.2 accessibility guidelines and general practice
- Proactive collaborator who embraces working with a diverse range of people
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Desire to continually improve work through giving and receiving feedback
- Advanced proficiency with design and prototyping tools
