UI Designer

The UI Designer will develop high-quality user interface designs that align with corporate brand and accessibility standards while improving usability across complex workflows. They will also conduct UI-specific research and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define UI requirements and ensure design governance.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality B2B and B2C user interface designs that align with corporate brand, accessibility, and design-system standards
- Translate business requirements and user needs into clean, usable screens and interaction patterns
- Conduct UI-specific research activities including competitive and comparative design audits
- Partner with product managers, business analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to define UI requirements
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of UI design experience in SaaS, enterprise platforms, marketing systems, or financial tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design for complex workflows and dashboards
- Experience conducting UI-focused research or analysis
