Senior Product Designer

Harness is seeking a Senior Product Designer to play a key role in shaping the user experience of their software delivery platform. The designer will work alongside product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to craft elegant, user-centered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into innovative, user-focused solutions
• Communicate design concepts across the product lifecycle through wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Incorporate user feedback and business needs into continuous product improvements
• Champion design-centered enhancements, advocating for refinements that improve user experience and overall product quality

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3 years of experience in product or UX design
• Strong experience in product thinking, user research, and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to case studies
